uk has a few nice food items.

puddings and pies often 1800s and before recepies for nobles that need preperations upto a year in advance need near impossible to find ingredients and will take 2 days in the kitchen to make.

but I love making them.

uk food is like take a simple mash but make it from rare peruvian wild potato, with a sausage made from a white rhino backed in the kidneyfat from a dodo..
it fills you up.. it costs more but quite reasonable for the quality.. 30 euro and you will be stuffed.
it tastes fantastic. would recommend.

they do tend to call such a fantastic creation something weird like banging ♥♥♥

but if you are willing to spend the time money and efford uk cuisine is great..

french food while tasty often is to expensive and overvalued.
their peasants food is good due high food standards and laws.
but french cuisuine on higher level relies to much on presentation and talk aka useless pretentios fluff.

frensh food is like take that mash but evaporate it, than resolidify it in an extremely fragille 3d model of paris on a 1 on 1 million scale and call it not mash but a fata morgana of the golden apples of love

while you pat 500000 euro for 1 crumb that does not taste the same as normal mash
