Yesterday I ran out.
♥♥♥♥ it, burger breakfast.
Mostly sticking to a protein dense diet and counting calories.
Can you ask those dramatic people in those forums to come to OT? This forum is a snooze fest.
I allow myself 1 package of bisquits/cookies a week
I alow myself 1 bag or bar of candy (200-250 gram) a month I usually pick licorice or chocolate
I allow myself 1 cheatdinner a month (being not homecooked.. usually I go out eat all you can eat sushi.. but I can get burgers from the steakhouse or a pizza or make pancakes for dinner too)
other than that it's just
drinking water, tea, coffee (all plain nothing added)
drinking 2 liter a week semi-skimmed milk
drininking 1 liter a week freshl squease fruitjuice
eating 2 pieces of fruit a day
eating 2 loafs of whole wheat bread a week.
eating 400 gram of gouda cheese a week on this bread
eating 100 gram of smoked beef, liversausage or grilled chicken per week on this bread
---
some weeks I buy half this bread, cheese and coldcuts.. and buy 1 kg of oatmeal and 2 liter of semi-skimmed yoghurt instead.
and every evening a homecookedmeal with 1 (or more) raw vegetables, 1 (or more) cooked vegetables, a piece of meat, and some potato, pasta or rice.
and thats STILL more snacks than I was allowed when I grew up we had plenty of funds in hour household (which is why our dinners were basicly 50% fresh vegetables (expensive) 15% cold vegetables (expesive) 25% meat (expensive) and 10% potatoes..
all unprocessed homecooked.
sweet bread toppings were banned in our household as child
candy was banned.
soda was banned.
fruitjuice was banned exept with eastern or chrismas when there would be 1 liter to share with all 7 people..
I would only get 1 bisquit ONCE a day 6 days a day.. and on sunday 1 cookie..
other than this on fridayevening or saturdayevning a tiny personal bowl with about 15 gram crisps in them (a bag of 40 gram was split between me and my 2 sisters)
other than that I only got 100 gram chocolate once a year for saint nicholous..
I would get in summer on a whim a small watericecream.. maybe 3 times a summmer..
