Any tips on how to get to japan?
Im only 18 years old and i wanna go to japan as soon as possible...is there any logical way to do so? Im from eastern europe and im willing to get a job in japan if that means getting the visa to go there. Id literally go down as deep as i can the rabbit hole just to know what i gotta do to get there. Im tired of my country and of all europe. I want to experience a "new world" china would be good as well so if you ever been there or are from one of these countries please reach out and help me with logical advices or anything. Thank you.

Purchase nihongo learning resources and books.

Practice and get up to at least N4 proficiency. Language proficiency is measured from N5 to N1. N5 is the most basic. N1 is the most advanced level of fluency. You need at least N4 to be considered by japanese employers.

Pay for, attend, and pass JLPT test.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Japanese-Language_Proficiency_Test

And then check if there are any agencies or government programs who will help you contact employers in japan. If you find one, apply.

You'll undergo an interview so that they can match your skills with job opportunities. They'll send your details to japanese organizations who are hiring. The agency will give you a call if a japanese employer is interested.

Once you are selected, the agency will brief you on the job details, contract, and schedule.
Then they'll fly you to japan where you'll work.

You need to work and stay in japan for at least 5 years to apply for citizenship.

High demand for blue collar work right now.
Hotel staff, factory work, janitors, maintenance work, cooking and food preparation, agriculture, construction, elderly caretaker, etc.
Albeit don't expect high earnings. You'll probably get around 200k yen (near japanese minimum wage) salaries doing these jobs.

I was offered to work as a butler in japan earlier this year lol

at 18 years old, not many easy ways no. a lot of westerners become english teachers, but do note that this is a stereotype these days and such folk are generally not well liked in japanese society. foreigners in general are not well liked in japanese society, they are very insular. it is difficult to fully emigrate there.

Just make sure you're setting out from the right coast. A mistake here could cost you.
You used to go to China and get a job. The term used there is white monkey for foreign workers from the US and Europe. I am not sure if there is still demand for that kind of work, now that the relationship has devolved between China and the West.

The Japanese do not like immigrants. Especially unemployed immigrants.

You might be able to live and work in Hong Kong. My experience may be grossly out of date, but back when I was last there people would work there, earn some money, and then travel for a while. They would then return to work and repeat the cycle. Lan Kwai Fong district. They'd usually work in the bars and restaurants.

I met people from all over the world there.

Thailand is another possibility.

From there you could learn what it takes to go to Japan. I know that Japan has some serious restrictions about who they allow into the country. I think it may be good if you have someone to help you.

The people that I know that live there all have Japanese wives.

You may be able to teach a language or two as a source of income.
Assemble a raft from the junk on Albania shores. And stock up on some goods before sailing, whole chicken, 72 cans of mountain dew and blue bunny Neapolitan ice cream that's if the grocery stores haven't been ransacked yet.. That should keep you going for awhile before you come across the perishables drifting from the China shores to eat.
