statistics don't count by skin color, they count by national point of entry. so russia only has 30,000 black people that came directly from africa, but an overall population estimate of around 30-120 million, depending on whether you consider han-russians with skin dark enough to be indistinguishable from afro-russians as 'black' or not.

I don't remember the slur for dark-skinned Han or Mongolians in Russian; it has an n-word for just about every culture that has dark skin.
