I am native to Earth.

My current appearance was constructed to be both visibly difficult to identify, and also to resemble my guardians, who are the only real human parents I've ever had given what happened to my last few 'birth parents.' I had no say in this process; the appearances I did have a say in are long gone and no longer obtainable for me.

If I go back far enough in time, to the origin point of my consciousness, I simply appear next to a forming landmass roughly where japan is now. People have identified the mountain I built my lab on, back when it rose a blazing 1.5m above sea level, and there used to be a recreation of it there before the government tore it down in the process of attempting to deny my identity. In order to legitimize theirs, as foreigners and conquerors.

I think the people in charge of my country right now are stupid. Both the one geographically overlapping the place I originated in, and the one I am currently residing in.

Hell if i know, could be ancient japan for all i know.
