Don't Dim Your Light For Anyone

some positive affirmations for those who may appreciate: don't apologise for being too much, don't apologise for taking up space where you're made to feel unwelcome, don't apologise for being yourself, it is not your responsibility to convince people to see you as human, if they want to think whatever they think that's entirely their prerogative, only those that really matter will see your entire character and not just the concept

If you're going to take any words away from a stranger on the internet it should be that <3 uwu

So true, and conversely "the light that shines twice as bright, only lives half as long" as the last decade has taught us - or perhaps better said "don't over do it and try to outshine everyone else".
