If reporting topics encouraging bestiality doesn't achieve anything I can't imagine reporting accounts advertising child porn will either.

If collective shout is too much of a nuclear option considering, maybe try hiring this guy.

They don't ban people from the forums for sending reports.

Looks like 2 hacked accounts spamming the forums. Just report them, with enough reports the mods will act faster to remove the post.

I still prefer the nuclear option because it takes care of two classes of criminals at once, but I can't complain, seeing as how I've reported potential isis grooming plots to state authorities in the past myself.

I've already reported two people on one thread, even blocking them.

I've even warned one person on a different thread that they'll be banned.
