That's the point. It will turn you off of mud. But some mud types have beneficial effects for your skin.

i guess maybe it isn't, but there's always possibility of being discovered by strangers, friends, family (this happened to me and left me panicky/anxiety), possibility of infection/injuries, having to clean clothes or ruining shoes/clothes, etc.
