Ha. Love me some old school family guy.
find a crow, gain its trust. crows are highly territorial, and if they witness you becoming angry at seagulls pooping on your car your crow friend will remember the kindnesses you have given them and assist you in chasing them away.
i am only half joking by the way, if you were actually to befriend a crow this would be possible. but it is not so easy, obviously.
Had you left a loaf of bread for them to eat while you were shopping, they would have protected your car instead. I always feed the seagulls at the Jersey shore. They are tougher than the mafia.
aye. birds in general it is almost impossible to restore fractured trust, they are unlike mammals in this way. they form extremely strong attachments to one another, or with humans. but if anything ever shakes that trust (like abandonment) winning it back is nearly impossible. it is why it is so difficult to rehome intelligent birds like parrots, because they are very hesitant to trust another.
