Should jester awards be earned? or are they a punishment?
i enjoy collecting them

38 so far

i have come to the conclusion, only a jester may insult the king!

i knew someone who was askimg me to award them with it as it made them happy. so i did, and they were the only person i ever awarded with it as i prefer heartwarming award
