Face your demons

I'm 42 years old and it's been a strange life i've lived
i'm still standing but i know that my end is near
can i face it like a man, i guess nobody really knows

so what can i leave behind for those who come next

so much i could say but i know now how destructive my tongue can be so i will be careful
with my words

whatever your pain, your grievance, your past
don't try and hide it
scream it to the skies, open up to someone
the best thing to do is to be honest
be vulnerable
the only thing you need fear is fear itself
you must open yourself up and dive into the river that is life

otherwise you will suffer
you will become isolated
you will be alone
you will be lonely
and that will destroy your soul

finish your studies
stay away from the things that poison your body and mind
seek meaning and connection with other human beings

do not flee from conflict learn from it
listen to others and respect them. understand them

obey the law but always question it
but know this is a dangerous and corrupt world

and lastly
to my little brothers
to my little sisters
know that i love you

and everything i do from here until my demise is for you

i will face the demons so that you will be free

i love u too champ. but i dont agree with the study part, ai is too real and most jobs that require a degree are underpaid

It's literally coated in digestive fluid. And if you lick some strong metal enough times over a long enough duration, you'll probably help it corrode and oxidize with your most saliva - although once the rust starts to form it would probably be harmful to your own health to keep licking.

...or if the metal is a heavy metal then it may be toxic in the first place... I don't think we're going to find out how many licks it takes to get to the center of a lead tootsie pop.

All of life is like water, all of its people and actors just directors of currents and forces greater than themselves, and the more one wave pushes against another the greater the crash when one is overpowered. And, the greater the strength of the counter-current, the more currents drawn to the conflict, the more resources tied up and the more people involved...soon, your life is lost in other people's currents and what you wanted to do is now even more impossible than when things started.

Do not fight the tides, as you will only find yourself exhausted and drowning.

And your demons do not care if you survive the conflict. They want you to drown, and if possible by your own hands fighting them.
