Has anybody seen the new South Park episode?
“‘South Park’s most furious episode ever’: the jaw-dropping Satanic takedown of Donald Trump”

Excerpt:

“In other words, Sermon on the ’Mount is a grand dare. If Trump could get $16m by suing Paramount over an editorially acceptable edit on a news programme, then it stands to reason that he will try to go after a cartoon that depicts him trying to insert his microscopic penis into Satan. And if he does sue, will Paramount risk destroying its already damaged reputation by capitulating yet again?

There’s plenty of nuance to this battle, not least the fact that the programme’s creators, Trey Parker and Matt Stone, have just signed a $1.5bn contract with Paramount+, ensuring that it will exclusively stream South Park for the next five years, but the battle lines have been drawn. Paramount finds itself caught in yet another bind. If push comes to shove, who will it side with: a president who might block its $8bn merger out of spite, or its most aggressively provocative show? The way things are shaping up, this could be a hell of a season.”

You’re right! Sozzles! This should be in OT. However, South Park, I think, will definitely want to comment on Mastercard and Visa dictating who can buy what.
On one hand, I like the clear references to Saddam Hussein's character from early South Park and his interactions with Satan - on the other hand I found that what they did with Garrison and the Canadian Prime Minister (iirc?) before were better and more comedic takedowns on Trump.

This just feels like they weren't trying to say anything engaging, but just do everything in their power to actively piss off the real person to the detriment of the actual viewers. It was an episode that felt meandering and kind of pointless ultimately.

Just YouTube ‘South Park just went NUCLEAR on Trump & Paramount’ for more info.

Wow. Watched it. That was, not very good. Like kinda devoid of jokes. Feels forced.

I hope they censor it, not really for the topic, just not a fan of penises on TV....Like at all...
I watched it. The Electric vehicle joke gave me a laugh, the rest i found just too stupid. Also i guess even SP has ran out of ideas and has decided to jump on the band wagon of remakes, remasters, etc with recycling the old Saddam joke.
