You'd think in todays age of drones and social media someone would have recorded themselves at the edge of the earth. Or at the very least being stopped by the guards who guard the ice wall or whatver

i can see mountains and the ocean, so it's definitely not flat.

Also, a flat earth would imply an edge or a wall somewhere, because it's not a infinite plane. Considering all the history of exploration of the world, one would think something like that would be found.

I don't think it's a brain dead theory. A person just prefers to rely on personal senses and data gathering skills rather than someone else's. Since appeal to authority fallacy exists, and people tend use it quite often in their discussions, I actually commend the person who criticizes mainstream narratives and points out the weaknesses of the popular theory/belief.

What is brain dead, is saying things like men can be women, gender is fluid, and gender affirming care isnt genital mutilation (FGM is actually viewed with disgust by the world when it's practiced among African cultures, such as in Sierra Leone and Gambia)

Actually, some rich guy invited top Flatearther advocates for this trip, and he said he would pay for it, but they refused.
