Has anyone ever wonder what happens to a good samaritan family after he/she killed defending others
It's something I never really look into is the aftermath. We have all heard of good people stepping into a confrontation, sadly only to lose their lives and leaving loved one behind.

I have always wondered what happens to the families of the victim years down the line. I read somewhere many years ago in one of my mum's magazines were this one good samaritan family broke apart after his died, he being the sole bread winner, his family ended up in debt, lost their home and ended up in social housing which in turn changed the dynamic of the families future.

From what I can remember reading, he children started getting into trouble with the police and he wife started dating loser guys and it all fell apart the day her husband decided to stop some robbers but ended up being killed instead.

Im just saying, something you need to think before acting because it's not only you who will be affected but your loved ones your left behind.

it varies; sometimes the killer becomes the good samaritan.

the process of this happening changes them. not because of some irony or unknown, but experiences affecting them and changing their beliefs and ideas about reality.

a lot of people don't believe change is possible. they think all change is just layered appearances and unknowns coming forth.

Kinda off topic but this reminds me of a news story (which I cannot find anymore, what I do know is it’s in a Latin American country) of a woman who was being robbed by a man. There was a good samaritan around and seeing the situation he shot and killed the robber before he can react.

But here’s the bad news. That “alleged robber” was trying to get his phone back because the woman snatched it from it. So in reality the woman was actually the thief and the good samaritan just shot and killed a man who was only trying to get his phone back.

I have come across stories such as this many times. There are so many stories that would never make it onto mainstream news, so the local news network would pick it up instead. And due to the internet, facebook, social media etc, we can now have access to such stories around the world unlike in the old days, news like the one you describe would simply vanish into history. At least now people can view such stories and debate them.

some of them continue to honour their lost family after the fact, sometimes they are starting organisations or charity foundations in their lost loved ones name, like if they were killed as a volunteer in a war torn country or such.

you should do the right thing.
and if enough do than society will be great.. anf if none do I be the first hoping others will follow to be the same there is a critical mass where the force of good is overcoming even a machinefirerain of evil..

as what would happen to family..
financially they would be fine. my nation has a better safety net than most.. you cant drop much in wealth not get much richer.. with a 10 times gross reduction or increase in income nivilated down with taxas and subsidies to a 10% effect only.

and even if not their faith I raised them in/selcted my partner on will keep them strong.

live by example dying while doing the right thing would set an excelent example to inspire those children.
while covering in fear and love of money.. a terrible one.
