Those are the people who are too scared/afraid to be that way in person so, they let it all out through voice chats, especially the racist ones.
But I would assume most Multiplayer games, especially the ones that have an open mic.
Dead by Daylight, Call of duty, Apex Legends etc.
If I play an online game, I mute everyone because of these exact reasons.
For example "Blitzcrank Ultimate yourself in the tub".
L4D2 also but I see that game more so as "you talk ♥♥♥♥ and you take it" than anything else. At least in Versus, anyway.
