Federal Reserve building renovation

Now that the whole world saw how a central banker of USA mismanaged the funds for a building and spent 3.1 billion and still everything is under construction and ruins with no sight of finishing anytime soon, people are asking what about the money ? How much more money will disappear in this sinkhole ?

Something has to be done to return the money back in the treasury. I have an idea. We split the federal reserve building in two pieces. One piece will be for the staff of the reserve, and the other half will be turned into private offices for business in downtown Washington and given on rent. We can give some rooms to Nike, to Nvidia, to Ford and GM, Boeing. They can make shop there and pay rent. We have to return the money back to treasury, this is a sinkhole.

And if we can't fill all the rooms of the federal reserve building with business offices for rent, well we can give the basement to the homeless people. At least something good will be done for the people for generosity

I just asked AI how much would it cost to construct the Hoover Dam in todays money. The AI told me in todays money it would be 860 million to 1 billion. Which is engineering challenge to build such a monster mega construction in the wild. And this guy is just renovating old building in Washington and spent 3.1 billion and all he could do is shake his head.

Americans can't even tell the difference between a milliard and a billion. For them, elks are moose, and wapiti are elks. They consider themselves the leading democracy, but they have an imperial system. They have a special role of indifference that they have never corrected, but they want to teach the world.

For 4 years, every year Jerome visits Congress for Q&A twice a year. Not a single time I can remember the democrats asked him hey dude what is going on with your construction projects ? We could have made a nuclear plant for this money and you are renovating for 3.1 billion.

Trump came and in 6 months visited the federal reserve and exposed all the incompetence and fraud going on over there for years unchecked. All Jerome could do is shake his head and insult the American public when Trump reached into his pocket and showed him the bill so far.

That's nothing. The Houses of Parliament in the UK is costing $30 billion and taking 75 years.

When you have someone in charge who doesn't own the building AND they aren't using their own personal money for the project what did you think would happen?

American taxpayer dollars get misused on a minute-to minute basis. I don't much trust a good percentage of the people handling it. Yes, that include Jerome Powell.

See my point about taxpayer money getting misused. That happens in EVERY country. Under the Biden Administration we were handing 100's of billions if not trillions of useless ♥♥♥♥ like WOKE/D.E.I. crap.

That 30 billion is like spitting in the ocean compared to our waste.

Shocking but we all know that the UK is the land of corruption and slavery. This is not the UK, every dollar has to be accounted. Now how are we going to account for this money spent by Jerome ? I said before maybe split the building in half and give the half to private businesses like Nike and Boeing to set shop there and pay rent, and give the basement of the federal reserve for the homeless free of charge. This way the money spent by our hero Jerome can be partially offset and justified back to the people and the American industrial business.

Who even asked for this renovation ? Why what's wrong with the old building ?

Who even asked for 3.1 billion renovation of a federal reserve whose only job is to wait for the data from the other agencies, like mainly the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, and set the rate ? The BLS is not even part of the federal reserve, it is part of the Us Department of Labor.

They don't need a bigger office than 2 story building the size of the local Walmart. They don't do anything else, they don't need a 3.1 renovated buildings even. They get everything data from other agencies and they only need to make a decision on rates. They don't need lavish offices worth 3.1 billion.
