Some stores have carts that cannot leave the radius of their store. Because underneath the cart is a lock and will stall if taken too far. Kinda smart to prevent thieves from taking it.

usually if an adult finds kids leaving road traps for drunks they take over, as the kids are often underequipped to handle plausible deniability and somewhat counterintuitively more at risk of legal repercussions specifically because juvie is treated as a slap on the wrist the law will have to follow up on later.

many such adults found their lives ruined simply for going to juvie over this practice.

Its kids. There are too many of them around here and there is a school. Rats. You don't leave a cart in the middle of the road at night.

With that being said, when I was in the store I saw a black girl whose hair was a slong as her knees. Rarely seen such long hair. I wanted to take her to my home she looked so exotic with that hair. Maybe Jamaican. And I also saw a guy whose pants were down his knees and his underwear on exhibition. When I went behind him I think he felt little shame and pulled his pants up. No doubt as soon as he left the store he dropped his pants down to his kneews again, black guy
