but this isnt the place people talk about things they know, its where they get planted in their head things they dont know nor understand.

Well, actually you can, kind of.
As the saying goes - "Birds of a feather flock together".
There's a similar beautiful Japanese proverb -
人の性格が分からない時は、その人の友達を見なさい。
(Hito no seikaku ga wakaranai toki wa, sono hito no tomodachi o minasai.)
- When you are unsure of a person's character, look at their friends.
The above can be interpreted in the opposite direction as well - When you are sure of a person's character, they are more likely to surround themselves with people alike.
