Choose your own adventure Software?
I was thinking I might try my hand at making one of these. Anyone know what the standard software is for making these games?.

I don't know if it's standard, but try Adventure Creator.

There are a bunch of them. Can't remember any of their names at the moment.

Might look into whatever 'Suzerain' or 'Long Live the Queen' runs on.

Ren'py is a popular engine for visual novels, so that could help.

Any game making software can do something like this. I mean, hell, you could do it with a web browser.

Yeah, I'm thinking maybe just HTML might be the most flexible for importing graphics and getting a particular look I want.
