Anyone been doing any DIY lately?
I've been making my own whole wheat bread, iced coffee, and smoothies.

I have been trying to DIY some lemon flavour beverage ,with help, for now I have managed to get some lemon flavoured sirup.

I think I got too many sirup for the first try, now I have to take time to drink them, so I can experiment on the next batch.
i live alone with 2 cats, so everything i do is technically DIY. but nay, no bread making or iced coffee making lately. i do make smoothies fairly often though.

If we're talking about food, I'm trying to make switchel.

You mean schnitzel, or is that something else different?

Switchel is an 18th century drink that was developed to provide a similar role as Gatorade at the time. It's made with honey or molasses, cider vinegar, some ginger, and watered down to about 5:1 water to the other stuff.

I have also experimented with making grog.

I recommend using Admiral Nelson's Black Patch rum if you can't find authentic navy strength (which I can't).
I always make green tea mixed with black, it's all I drink between some milk. I do NOT miss soda nor any alcohol.
I'm also about to get into soap making, but I'm missing plant oil.
im currently "resoring" rebuilding a couple of old 1960s-70s Speakers for my new Hifi.

They're old "Dittion 15s" which work but they're showing their age and I already have some B&O vintage speakers, so im refurbing the speaker boxes (as they're proper wood, not chipboard) and front panels and gonna stuff in a modern pair of 250w midrange woofers and some new tweeters (including crossovers) to bring it up to modern day spec.

Always.
Fixed my car, tried fixing my tractor. Probably going to have to fix something else before the month is over.

I fixed my AC and felt great about it. Saved a couple hundred bucks too probably. It was much easier than I think people think.

Also, UNLESS paying for premium service from respected providers MOST blue collar workers are addicts that show up under the influence of something and they KNOWINGLY do the SHODDIEST work. Nine out of ten of them are degenerates from some work release or poverty vocational program. Most of them are not professionals therefore they do NOT attempt quality work, they do NOT care.
Making a road clearing some forest
Tried making something on a breadboard for the first time; I melted a wire, fried a 9v, scarred finger on a resistor.
