3 lbs of lean protein of your cboice
1 lb of black/red/pinto/northern beans
1 cup of black olives
1 cup of green bell pepper
1 cup of diced red onion
1 cup of diced white onion
1 cup of diced red chillies of your choice!
To season:
Salt, black pepper, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, red pepper flakes.
Prepare:
Combine all ingredients! Bake in a glass baking dish @ 400F for 30 minutes.
Fill taco shells/cover tortilla chips of your choice.
Top with fresh cilantro, soured creme, shredded cheese(s), and fresh, diced tomato!
