If you start a virus that cannot be stopped and mutates so it can continue to spread then you are ACTUALLY China. We saw how quickly it spread around the world in meat-space. Now imagine if the equivalent got loose on the internet.

Its pretty simple. All of online happens in cyberspace. This is just the opposite of that. Plain old physical reality.

Is AI capable of Duality and morality to know the difference? I/E Can it reason with good and bad selflessness and be forgiving if it was attacked by an AI virus turning it into something it was never designed for. What are the implications of AI with all the physiological sicknesses that may manifest all in 1 and might have more to that list that we do not understand or fathom? what would we do?

I know the answers. I hope you do also, I just know the outcome of this endeavor.

It would be fairly benign, given the AI we have access to as of now. Maybe 5-10 years down the line AIs will be advanced enough to pose a real threat

The irony will be when someone can ask an AI to write an AI virus and nobody can stop it.
Probably sooner than the 5-10 years guestimate.
