There's an OS pewdiepie talked about in his de-googling video whose name im blanking on that usable in smart phones and is quite good. Make sure everything else you buy has an full network off switch and a local API(control system)

I use a Murena Fairphone, which uses a fork of LineageOS and open source alternatives for Google's API and libraries and spyware.
