But what's the point of having all of these online games? They couldn't agree to make a virtual game of it because they must fight for resources while eliminating surplus population. That's the problem, people MUST be eliminated, this is why they fight for survival.
Next serious meaningful worthwhile war such as GLOBAL conflict, a world war. Not some personal civil conflict in a country without the resources.The question implies the participants have the technology, the resources, the means. If they don't they do NOT apply, do they? They become irrelevant.
Could or would it become a way of life? The world competing for survival via online war gaming? High and low scores determining which citizens are hauled off to be disposed of?
