got to plat once in TFT on the PT server :D
so i'm div 3.
if I were in a pro league it'd be even worse; my diversity of skills would make me vulnerable to a diversity of strategic maneuvers designed to sideline me and make my mere presence a burden. I could be the single best period, and it would drag me down further and further because of it.
3's pretty average it's genuinely hard to fall lower. only need the coach to be competent to stay at 3.
most will blame the rankings and move on, rather than taking responsibility for having believed the rankings.
meanwhile the ones who do take responsbility will be dragging that ranking with them, wondering what mystical mastery this bronze used. what hidden dragon lurks.
y'know rather than looking for their own hidden dragon in themselves, they'll look at the bronze and try to deduce the facet of strategy they used.
can't live among dragons, where everyone is equal, so they settle for hunting themselves in proxy. creating ripples on the water to splash at.
in terms of *ahem* friends I've traditionally always batted above my average, but I do try not to be a terrible person, which really helps.
as to my "worth" or "Alpha, beta omega" or even societies value systems, im really not fussed.
As long as you are not hurting others then youre doing just fine, bo matter what "level" some bros think up.
be comfortable in your own skin.
