Albeit not a very convincing one, at least not yet. For the time being even the best surgeons will not be able to "construct" an identical orifice. Implying anything else is only going to be harmful to people who undergo surgery only to see that the technology is not there yet, if it will ever be.

There should be a human test.

Unfortunately, biological women who dope with steroids (mainly synthetic testosterone) will have way higher testosterone values even compared to biological men.
