I'd prefer Christianity overall, but it's really a matter of denomination. There are rationalist Muslim movements that embrace modernity, and New IFB churches in America that would be too radical for the Middle Ages.

And I really, really dislike the concept of Hell in both of them. It's an abomination that completely shatters the moral framework of both religions in my view. I'd take Judaism over these two just to side-step the problem of Hell.
