No.

In fact that's one of the biggest issues I have with religion: it tells me people are inherently bad.

I don't buy it.

People aren't born evil, they're just drawn that way.

They learn it from angry jealous people.

I'm sure some people are born with a defect and maybe it affects their cognition in such a way that they're inclined to do evil

Tough call though. Evil is so subjective in our society it seems...a lot of evil is not punished or it goes rewarded, so, hard to say

I would say that i don't think anyone could be born intrinsically evil, probably some of their actions would be more evil than the ones they act upon.
if people are born evil, then wild cat and goose can too be born evil.
people are born with functionality,
cat and goose rarely get described as evil, why should humans?
Are some people "born evil"?

I think of that LL cool J song where he said that a babies mind is like a bowl of clay when wet and warm, it's harmless and innocent until it's taught to be violent and militant.

yes its human nature
I wonder how you will answer your own question, Chaosolous.
But what started this thought process tonight? Is someone being born soon and you already know that they're evil?

test yourself against the 10 commandments. Majority of people broke most if not all of them.

Nope. People are a product of their environment and upbringing.

which refutes your claim to being a good person.

Everyone, including me and you need Jesus as the atoning sacrifice for our evil ways.
I don't believe everyone, or anyone, is born evil. people are wronged by the majority and that results in are cases of people 'becoming' evil. Lanza was an antinatalist; I'm sure he had good intentions and was born a good person but he became evil due to being wronged by society.

Not everyone with psychopathy is inherently evil. it's how you use it.

I've been wronged a LOT by society, but I wont ever become evil. I don't think i have psychopathy but that is besides the point.
