Oh I never played the online. I did raid some FOBs when I played it recently though.

I'm not talking about games that just have a licensed song. I mean entire games based on a licensed property.

I don't think so, I was playing a few weeks ago and I had all the stored resources that had accumulated over the past years. If you are starting a new game, you have to reach a certain point in the story to unlock that stuff.
