assuredly nobody would be so inept as to repeatedly shift minutes incorrectly after pulling off something like that.
it's like radio frequency controlled atomic clocks; if the server gets dinged a little, everyone's idea of what time it is goes out the window.
for example, someone sending the wrong time to the clocks in an area for a minute or two.
Check your internet connection, or it might be your CMOS battery might need replacing.
even if the cmos battery is dead.
I don't think it is the battery, it's not that old.
Probably just the cable then.
In this very office there is an atomic clock that cannot give the correct time.
It does a great job of measuring the temperature and humidity and looking good.
But it's about time to order a 3rd one in 5 years as the last one outright died.
update your drivers and windows update
if that doesnt fix-reinstall windows
if that doesnt fix-change cmos battery
