do steam and nintendo sales seems so random?
this game is on sale, goes back to full price and repeats but its another game in your wish list but you dont have the money, its random, for a short time and nintendo almost never has sales

it's down to the developer/publisher and I just don't think Nintendo sees as much of a need for sale events

Their digital store is just like Steam, tons of $2 indie games.
I said before.

developers should be forced to lower their base price by at least halve the amount of any sale.

so say a 50 euro game is 25% off (so 37.50 euro now)
than after the sale it should be 43.75 euro

this cause it is normal games drop in BASEPRICE overtime..
games on steam due not lowering the baseprice as fysical stores do tend to be even during sales 15% more expensive than the same titles year round are in fysical stores... outside sales you overpay massively..

users deserve a fair price year round... as sales are now... its be ripped off massively all year.. be ripped off only a little during sales
