Valve is based.
Imagine making cheaters have to use 10-15 accounts just to play one game.

it's like a statement you say to mean: "this is fundamentally sound"

In the world of digital id you won't get to make 10-15 accounts
actually valve did that to try and halt realid linkages that the uk has been trying to push on the platform since 2011.

aka right around brexit.

sort of makes the uk look circumstantially guilty of encouraging illegal activity on the platform.

If they're cheating, are they actually playing?

According to Valve, yes.

There are too many people cheating for them to turn them all away.

Cheaters must mind a certain set of statistical boundaries when it comes to reaction time and the ability to be hit themselves, if they're to participate.

As the legit player skill ceiling rises, so does the cheaters.
