For the most part yes. Dessert pizza, not so much. But it's good.

Depends on place and ingredients. I wouldn't consider a Costco pizza real food because it's a Costco pizza, but a pizza with a bunch of veggie and meat toppings from a proper pizza place is real food

Agree, tried out Pizza Hut out of curiosity as there arent that many in country i live in (unlike KFC and Mcdonalds). Given the cost and how it tasted (not bad but not so great either) you are better off going to some local pizzeria where you usually get far better quality for cheaper.

Both filling and delicious, and popular and easy to make. Very real food

Can live on pizza every single day for your whole life.

Change toppings, never get sick of it.

Healthy, or unhealthy, all depends on you.

Pizza is the food. I remember when I was born, I had to make a pizza just to get Italian citizenship.
