That's not a dumb question. The people in charge of the situation are just too dumb to actually do this.

I know one peaceful solution.

its called minding our own business.

Thanos would solve this with a snap of his fingers.

The solution is they send everyone to the UK. Where they will feel right at home with all the other recent migrants. And the internet crackdown will help enforce sharia law.
