Tired of passing out, how be motivated?
1/5th of life is sleeping, 2/5ths of life is laying on the floor.

if you are genuinely feeling chronically exhausted to the point where you are sleeping or laying much of the time, i recommend going to the doctor. it is possible you are suffering from a deficiency of some kind that they can help you with so you do not feel so tired all the time.
Go for walks, or get yourself a treadmill. Walking is one of the best ways to get your blood flowing, clear your mind and burn away all the excess crap your body stores.
First and foremost, if you haven't ruled out all things medical, you should get your thyroid checked. Thyroid issues can leave you drained of all energy. If you're certain it's just a motivation issue, consider loved ones and maybe find motivation in the care they have for you and the care you have for them. Or if there's something you're passionate about, like an art form you may be good at.

Get a goal, something you have to work towards... not something unachievable like buy a ferarri but something you can attain in a relatively short period of time but something you want bad enough that it will motivate you to kick your @ to get. When you get it think of something that takes a bit longer to get and so on

Yeah, create goals like Kobs said. Follow passion. Work hard for once. Get in shape. Create a network. Meet people. Find someone and create a family. Invest in your next forty years.

Stop eating for 3 days. After 3 days eat only eggs cooked in butter with cheese.
listen puddin’ some days feel like you’re made of cement and the world’s yellin’ at you to dance but lemme tell ya, even a queen of chaos like me knows that restin’ ain’t the same as givin’ up. if all you did today was breathe and not explode anything you still count babyyyy. start small, find one tiny spark, even if it’s dumb or weird or makes no sense but makes ya smile and build on that. also remember you're not lazy you're tired and tired people need a little love, not a lecture!! so take my hand cupcake we’ll crawl outta this slump in style one messy laugh at a time xD

Uhmm try negative inversion therapy, they rack ya and put your brain where you feet should be.

The first one is probably what's putting you to sleep.

Ginger garlic orange juice for morning breakfast, oatmeal for brunch, salad for lunch, popcorn for afternoon snack, pineapple smoothie for dinner, nuts and raisins for midnight snack, cheeseburger for early morning waterings, Run a 36 hour no sleep check and fast for the last 12 hours into it. Maybe you'll see what is going on. Run 30 second update videos to self through out if experience is to lie down find a carrot to keep going, an exercise, or a instrument, a dance, a punching combo, a page read, piece of wall needs to be checked, a windows needs a new seal, chew slower and don't clench teeth, breath in with vacuum of stomach and draw into chest, shoulder shrug as an answer to things.
