Concerned about my uncle

So I used to play VRchat(inb4 non-Steam) with my uncle and I eventually got bored, took a break. A month later I decided to check on the game and found out that my uncle's account is now named "furryfemboyb."

How should I act/proceed from here on?

We were just chatting with others of what I got bored. Came back today to check on the game after watching some YT vids and got "surprised" like that. I knew my uncle is feminine but I did not expect all that.

if only I can say on TV during rush hours that the nation disband itself, I guess people just go on with their lifes like normal. I cant disband something that always means nothing to them.
