The fat man launcher
Tank with depleted uranium
supersoaker filled with skunk piss
Davy Crocket launcher says hello.
Yea technically theres uranium and whatever else in all kind of ammunition. Maybe even combat rifles or tank hunting rifles. The next military buff or pseudo googler will probably come detail it soon.

There's the M29 David Crockett recoilless rifle, though a "recoilless rifle" is much closer in size and function to a rocket launcher.

And no, you can't fit a nuke into a bullet. You need a certain minimum amount of fissile material to generate a nuclear reaction.

I guess it depends on what you mean. Depleted Uranium rounds exist for military firearms. They got 5.56 DU rounds and .45 DU rounds. It's rare that they are issued though because of how expensive each round costs, but they are out there.

If you are talking about a rifle powered by a portable nuclear reactor, there were drawings done for a laser rifle powered by a nuclear backpack. Obviously the tech wasn't there in that time and still isn't here in this time. Portable reactors that could be carried on a person's back would be a pretty big deal.

I've heard the US military is currently trying to make a combat feasible railgun that can be carried by infantry for special purposes, but it's powered by batteries and not nuclear stuff.

Looks like it's gonna be me lol.

Depleted uranium munitions don't really count. They don't produce nuclear explosions or any significant amount of radiation (though they can cause heavy metal poisoning), but uranium is extremely dense and breaks into ultra-sharp shards instead of flattening on contact like other metals. Plus, it ignites on a hit. That makes it absolutely devastating against heavy armor.
