I am ex 7 Para RHA, I am not as fit as I once was, and people who have no clue of real people have no clue that gym bodies are not what you get in the military in terms of fitness, none of this roid jacked weirdo rubbish.

What would be different? I'd expect more Stamina and also bit higher Bodyfat% (because it's more healthy/easier to maintain and whats more normal with a normal diet)
