Well, they are allegations and not concrete proof.

Since the 1970s, at least 25 women have publicly accused Donald Trump of kissing and groping without consent; looking under women's skirts; and walking in on naked teenage pageant contestants. Trump has denied all of the allegations but his conduct is concerning, especially in regards to his comments about women.

I think at that age people are well aware of what they do. If they want to enter some creepy arrangement, that's their business, not mine.

However, the brain isn't fully developed at that age, brain development continues into the mid-20s, particularly in the frontal lobe which is responsible for judgement.
