You should totally sign up to Global Nuclear Treaties - like promises not to use in-humane nuclear weapons on each-other. And move military assets into the police etc..

I think there will be survivors in thr north, but that while also massively diminished the globla south will have a better standard of living and recover faster.


The south could then use the rad migrants as a source of cheap labor to further develop and rebuild thier societies.

because earth rotation most dust going to be stuck in north hemisphere, is hard for air from north to go to south, same situation with air from south to go north

i only see nuked aussie and india with fallout cover south hemisphere, but eurasia and usa are too far north to really trade wind with south
