2. grate cheese 4c
   
3. heat dutch oven on a burner slowly at low over time no higher then low medium
   
4. dutch oven add butter 4 tbl melt and bubble
   
5. dutch oven add flour sifted 1/3cup
   
6. stir for few minutes
   
7. put in pasta to boiling water pot
   
8. drop temp down half wait 9-12 minutes boiling pot
   
9. dutch oven slowing add 3c milk while stirring for 6 minutes
   
10. preheat oven to 400
    
11. dutch oven add cheese stirring for minutes*
    
12. dutch oven add pasta after strained and cold rinsed
    
13. place in oven for 20 minutes
    
    *Optional to add salt pepper hotsauce during cheese stirring or could just add at end when in bowl to eat

you'd need to replace their cerebral cortex for that. memories are not stored in the brainstem.
