Best chatrooms for talking in a big group.

I like off topic because you can throw a random idea out there and hear from random people. I sometimes like to post in the pokemon showdown forums because its easy to make an acc and you can talk to randoms.. only problem is they ban you for breathing practically. Do you guys know any good chatrooms preferabbly with less extreme thought police moderation?

Just keep in mind there are different server networks you can connect to. Some are more popular than others.

So if you can't find the folk you're looking for on one network, try another.

Edit: Also, for a client, I recommend mIRC.
