new special weapons like PRL 412 Laser from ori RE
Different game modes like versus and mecernaries in RE5 , RE6
i mentioned the silent hill series in my comment, the original quadrology has lots of cool unlocks you can get after completing the game. laser guns and lightsabers, chainsaws and bug spray that somehow kills monsters, sailor moon costumes and skimpy nurse outfits.
theres a reason a lot of rpgs like
- fallout 1, 2, new vegas
- planescape torment
- kotor 1 and 2
are very beloved. having multiple, sometimes MANY different ways to complete a quest depending on your strengths/weaknesses is extremely cool.
