Being less educated = white privilege?
edit: lol, OP deleted his post out of shame
Do you say this whenever someone calls out these BS narratives? Is it gaslighting as well to point out the same party pushing racial division today is the same one that did it in the 50's?
Okay...so this guy thinks black people are afraid to go outside...that seems a little crazy right? Maybe a little racist? Why are they supposed to be afraid? Who are they afraid of? The biggest killer of black people isn't cops or white people it's other black people.
And cops usually kill about twice as many white people as black people, and even then the number is low enough that you'll run a bigger risk of falling out of bed then dying from a cop.
In 2024 around 248 black people were killed by police most of them in lawful shootings. IN the same year around 450 people died from falling out of bed.
Heh.
The issue is that when and how people die is important.
If 200 5-year olds are killed in school shootings and 400 elderly people die from falling down stairs, this doesn't mean that stairs are the real problem we need to solve as a society and not school shootings.
(Plus you're comparing falling out of bed among everyone to being shot by police while black so even in your data the conclusion would be that for black people you're at more risk of being killed by a cop)
Vending machines tipping over: ~2–3 deaths/year
Champagne corks (globally): ~24 deaths/year
Lightning strikes: ~20–40 deaths/year (U.S.)
Dog bites: ~30–50 deaths/year (U.S.)
Lawnmower accidents: ~70–90 deaths/year
Unlawful police shootings/killings would be the thing to examine to find potential privilege and it turns out there were 6 unlawful shooting of black people in 2024. SO literally if they're afraid of going outside for fear of being unlawfully killed by police, they should be more afraid of the vending machine tipping over or falling out of bed or being struck by lightning.
So, the number is 6 for 2024.
Of course, that number would be mitigated even further when compared to the number of unlawful killings of white people. Because privilege needs a comparison.
