Plastic surgery for pets
It goes beyond reconstructive surgery for a wound or deformation. People can get plastic surgery for their pets.

Does your poodle need bigger lips or a butt tuck?

WTF? I'm not an animal abuser.

I hate it when I see people cutting off their dogs tails (mostly fighting dogs).
Tinkering with animals in other ways to make them “prettier” or “better” is just as sick.

no, but my cats need to be able to protect themselves so maybe steroids are the answer?

Should be banned. But the so should people who buy "pets". They aren't pets, they are a fellow creature you decide to share your time with. The deserve as much respect as you do.

Or if the cat is male don't neuter it?
I can kind of see why it would be a thing, similar to how animals get bred to have certain traits, but it sounds worse and less natural, and the animal doesn't get a choice either. Also it doesn't seem like a good thing for a surgeon to spend time on.

Guess health care is plentiful then if there are enoughnresources to train per plasticizers
I can't read NotAlwaysRight anymore, because the occasional story of people who want a purse poodle as an accessory is maddening, never mind puppy mill horror stories.
BBLS FOR EVERYONE AND EVERYTHING! even our toasters must be looking their best in these trying times.
Considering I'm already against ♥♥♥♥ like docking tails and cropping ears...

It's not always like that. Looking into this matter it looks like plastic surgery procedures canbe used for quality of life improvements.

Examples include emergency liposuction, rhinoplasty to help a pug breath better, face lifts to address infections caused by skin folds on a bull dog's face et cetera.

Plastic surgery has been a mistake (exception being for burning wounds and similar, also strictly medical stuff)... Why would people do that to their pets? Have they gone insane? :steamfacepalm:

Sounds like a good enough reason to wear a collar and leash in public, despite what the naysayers in the kink community say about exposing people who aren't a part of kink to it.

Just bein' on equal level with the fellow-creatures.
