You want people to be free to experience self destruction in a form of an overly violent, poorly deisgined video game.
SO only 10% of team working, push driven games in a random algo match making system is win-a-ble... And makes people really angry every time they start a game to play with other players.
So if I wanted to stop people from getting angry playing games, I would design a OS that would block discord and other games, and put the player in a box to work with other strangers instead of having people playing with a handicap where 10% of the games are fixed for them to lose or not enjoy in an angry fit of rage. Plus I would ban the bots or match throwers.... the broadcasting, or make the people have to buy a broadcasting licence that would protect in game "handles" "gamer tags" "nicknames"....
What you are talking about is being a jerk.
Also you can't just sit there in pubs playing casuals, you get a ban if you not paying the ranked entry fee to play other players.
The war is war of game population not money any more... too bad we can't just go back to 2010-2016 where the 70 million for the price pool of winning in an online video game was just pocket change for these losers.
