Curious if shut off the power to the entire complex will stop from being drained by signals waves passing through the concrete being captured by empty lines of juice? Like a Faraday cage?

In even more rare case like when cycling using navigation.. turn on powersavings.. screen to 0%.. Turn of wifi abd anything.. Lower sound.. Only allow that 1 offline app and location to keep on. and hope it last long enough.. If not awell than I might have to resort to just winging the direction and if that fails.. ask direction or use a fysical map. worst that happens I go in wrong direction and add 10km to my route..
