I do a walky to the fridge and only water allowed in my lair.
Get VR and then do sit ups as you play.

They make coconut water in six packs. It doesn't always have to be soda.

If you want a 6 pack of muscles though, start with just enough situps to remove the one-pack belly. Gradually work on doing more situps per week/day until you have at least a two pack. Once you have that getting the remaining for gets easier.

Delusional, no, if getting toned abs were that easy OP, then it would be a common thing that everyone would have. You need to lift weights to burn fat and increase your metabolism, 'then' engage in a relatively intense viable form of cardio that'll get your heart racing: Like cycling, running, swimming, or jumping ropes.

Walking alone will not do alone unless you are overweight and need to lose your stomach fat.

70% of fat burning starts with dieting (minimising sodium, sugar, and eating more complex carbs), and the other 30% begins through weight lifting and cardio. The exercises that I'd recommend (for abs) is an 'Ab Roller', for both a full body workout and also since it specifically targets the obliques and abdominal muscles.

Otherwise alternatively, I'd recommend side (and front) planks, with bicycle crunches, with the goal of committing to it until failure at 2 super-sets (meaning you go straight from planks to bicycle crunches) 3-5 times a week.

At worst, you'll get a flatter stomach, and 'it is' going to take time. Eventually down the track, you'll want to start using plated weights to continue giving your body a challenge once it inevitably down the track where it starts to feel a lot easier (or just upgrade to 'hanging windshield wipers'—but that won't be possible since you'll still overall be pretty weak from only focusing on the abs {if you want to be strong enough to do windshield wipers, you should also incorporate some pull-ups so you'll be able to hang off the bar}).

alter and decrease caloric intake until a body fat % of approximately 12-15% for most men.

if one is sedentary the total value should be decreased further, especially if muscle mass is not at the forefront.

achieve nutritional discipline to reach this goal. there is no shortcut. it is a full lifestyle change.
