Isn't Fate just the Vita version but localized?

You can still find patches on the developers website for the adult version for ms VNs, and they should work on Steam.

Yes, but it also has some changes in certain speech lines and tone of language, too...

Not for all VNs apparently, alas. And not all original site patches work on steam version either, according to some steam gamers on certain occasions...

I've seen people complaining about the name, in the same spirit people complained about Aerith vs Aeris, but that's it.


I haven't started the 3rd route yet, but so far I'd say this is a perfectly fine localization.

If looking at "some lewd certoon drawings" was all there was to it, then you would be right. There's a lot more to it though. Some of these VNs have excellent stories. Some of these adult games are actually good games, and I think if they weren't, then the titties alone wouldn't be enough to carry them.

A match in Battlefield is never the same as the other while VN's are linear as a tube.
