And chips
It is very handy and easy to have all of my games in one place, but now I don't own any of them and they can all be yoinked away from me at a moment's notice.
i find that comforting and that's why i never wear my seatbelt.
They also "cut both ways".
Comes with power, but also responsibility (and therefore blame) for how it is handled.
When people aren't confronted by a risk or downside the first time they try something, they tend to go on believing there isn't any, but that's almost never the case.
well duh but pick one thing uwu
...Sure you are. At best you're a 6/10 to me because people have preferences and this is the internet anyone can pretend to be something their not.
Back to discussion topic.
I say it would be basically posting anything on the internet under the guise of free speech.
Don't get me wrong the freedom of expressing yourself is great however... not all expressions are welcomed in open arms due to either being something that a majority disagree with or something that is meant for shock value/just to grab your attention and not much else to it.
Saying under the guise of free speech does not mean you are free from the consequences of being able to say anything.
There's a reason why you see so many privated accounts making posts on the internet.
Cause they do not want to be tracked back to and the person who made the burner accounts are fearful of the consequences following them back.
Still it should be said even if you mean or don't mean what you typed on the internet. It's going to cause an effect regardless as nowadays the internet is now full of potential misinformation and dissidence against societal norms due to basically anyone can post anything from anywhere.
And with the anonymity of the internet slowly being stripped away due to said unsavory individuals abusing it to avoid consequences the people who are not causing a disturbance are being punished as the consequences of individuals not wanting to take accountability thus leading to why the internet is constant being policed... or being slowly censored as a result.
Though many will not adhere to the censorship of control and will out the individuals that intent to cause problems on the internet...
It's going to be a very grueling four way fight on a topic that is certainly double edged when wielded.
At least it's not the dating scene.
